Being " the Perfect Weight"
Society has its own standards on what is a perfect size for every female to be, sadly most times this means that almost every person has to be skinny to be considered beautiful, but in many other cultures skinny is a sign that there is something wrong. In many other cultures, being what we as Americans consider "fat" or "big boned", is a sign of wealth and extreme beauty. Many times, media tends to alter the view of what is beautiful to people because celebrities and famous run way models are almost always skinny or on the verge of too thin. So what is too thin? What is too heavy? People need to look back on what was considered beautiful before society and media set the standards for the perfect size, even looking back at the lead icons of "sex appeal" in the 1940's and 50's, those women weren't a size zero, and they were still seen as beautiful. So why don't we all go back to those days, where everyone was beautiful, the size that they were.

What is the reason?
Judgement has become something that happens in every day life. Many times, people only judge other on appearance, but why? Is there really a reason why people feel the need to express certain hatred/ biases toward people, or is it just standards that have been set by society? I feel that every single person should have a chance to prove to everyone that they are a good or bad person and to show who they really are. People need to realize that the world isn't only beautiful, there are many things that we as people can not and should not change, no matter how much we want to. Cultural differences also cause problems when it comes to judgement, because, what we, as Americans, see as "normal" or "beautiful" could be seen as repulsive in another culture. We all need to stop and think, before we define beauty.
